Having this passion fruit puree in the freezer makes it easy and accessible to make a passion fruit coulis, or maybe a cocktail whenever you need!

The passion fruits used to make this puree come from the coast of Ecuador. The region that they are grown in is called the ‘Green province’ due to the tropical climate, of warm sun and regular rainfall. The temperature in the region makes it an ideal climate to grow the delicious passion fruits all year round.
