Frambosa Red Rhubarb Puree, Ponthier, Frozen, 1kg

Made with Frambosa rhubarb, this puree’s flavour is the perfect balance of tart and sweet. The colour of the puree is a vibrant red, due to their brightly coloured stalks. The area in which they grow in Poland is situated at 300-500m above sea level, in black soil, that offers the perfect climate for exceptionally ripe rhubarb fruits with high levels of fibre. This red rhubarb puree is a brilliant ingredient to use in desserts, smoothies, cakes, tarts or even works in savoury dishes.
